Denmark will meet France at the Men’s EHF EURO 2024 final on Sunday at Lanxess Arena in Cologne.
Over 20.000 fans supported German players in the first half, but “new Denmark” with Emil Nielsen (50% of saves) came onto the court in the last 30 minutes to make a convincing turnover.
The Danish team has been waiting for a gold medal since EHF EURO 2012.
We spoke with Emil Jacobsen and Emil Nielsen after the game.
