In the fourth round of Champions League Vive Targi Kielce completely dominated THW Kiel, winning the game 34:29 (17:11) and providing the title of sole leader of the group B. The match began with two goals for Polish champions, but through the first twenty minutes the game went point for point (8:8). Venio Losert did great in the hosts goal and his teammates successfully used the losses of opponents (14:8), making THW not even once came to lead during the whole match. Very good game of Tomasz Rosiński made that Uros Zoramn’s absence wasn’t so visible and Iskra ended the first half of six goals leading. The second part of the meeting began with better play of guests, mainly due to Filip Jicha. They even managed to reduce the opponents lead to three goals, but then Michał Jurecki has once again proved that when he’s “on fire” no one can stop him. Despite the mistakes on both sides at the end, Vive securely won the match, being the only one team in their group that hasn’t lost a point.
