Both teams acceded to the match with considerable staffing shortages, but though Stal’s players saw an opportunity for a positive result, the Polish champions being placed in the role of favorites and they didn’t disappoint expectations. From the beginning Kielce’s players imposed their style of play, but “Chechens” didn’t allow opponents to achieve a significant advantage.
