Poland (Round 17): Vive Kielce easily past Pogon Szczecin

Another clear victory of Vive Targi Kielce against Pogoń Szczecin. It would be a lie to write that the game was full of excitement and kept in suspense until the end – in fact the first half was continuous expansion of the host advantage and the result wasn’t compromised, even for a moment. Guests made a lot of mistakes, which used Thorir Olafsson, scoring goals from counterattacks. Good games played Krzysztof Lijewski (5 goals in first 30 minutes), and also thanks to him, players went to the locker room with the result 20:8. In the second half everyone seemed to be waiting for the final whistle. Olafsson had an opportunity to prove himself as a right back, while on the wing, chance to play had young Mateusz Mazur.
Positive aspect of the game (won 37:22) is lack of new injuries of Polish Champions after this meeting.
