At the EHF Congress in Monte Carlo, the host of the European Championship was decided. The country with growing club handball, Poland, will be the one hosting it, which should give even more stimulus to the handball development in this country, already seeing stronger and stronger Kielce and Plock side as years go by. Games are to take place in four cities – Krakow, Lodz, Gdansk and Katowice from 17th to 31st of January.
At the congress, it was also decided that Sweden will host the Women’s European Championship 2016.
