Last week’s defeat almost crushed Piotrkowianin Piotrków Trybunalski‘s hope for reaching the Final Four of Polish Cup and Wednesday return match confirmed Vive Kielce‘s superiority. Kielce’s players seemed to be relaxed, started the game focused and took the lead immediately. However, it was hard to stay concentrated all the time while leading by so many goals and team from Piotrków made good use of Kielce’s simple mistakes. The match was full of fast breaks, Polish Champion’s defence didn’t work as well as in the first game and there were a couple of misses. It wasn’t enough though to change the final result. Kielce team had everything under control, the players attempted to score a few impressive goals which the audience enjoyed and the match ended with the result 42:28 which means it is Vive Targi Kielce that has reached Final Four. Top scorer for Kielce was Rastko Stojković (7).
