RK Zagreb suspended Kos and Srna due fight – Mandic injured?
The disciplinary commission of the RK Zagreb decided to temporarily suspend handball players Miloš Kos and Zvonimir Srna due to the physical conflict caused by Kos after yesterday’s match against HBC Nantes in Arena Zagreb.
The temporary suspension remains in effect until the end of the procedure that the Disciplinary Commission of the Zagreb Handball Club will conduct.
Handball club Zagreb will not tolerate any unprofessional behavior and will fully cooperate with the Disciplinary Committee in order to clarify the situation as soon as possible.
Until the end of the disciplinary procedure, handball club Zagreb cannot comment on the situation, so we ask the media for their understanding.
The club will inform the public on time with more information when all the facts are established.
Croatian media 24sata.hr stated that Kos firstly hit goalkeeper Matej Mandic, who suffered injury of cheekbone which will keep him at least 4-5 weeks out of the court.
