SEHA League consisted of 10 teams from Croatia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Belarus and Slovakia will start today with a clash between Borac and Nexe in Banja Luka (18). A lot of financial problems and questions are in connection with this project, who basically has very good idea, but implementation was under the necessary level in the last year and a half.
