SERBIA BACK ON THE MAP: Kulesh to join ambitious RK Partizan

Just four years after playing in the EHF Champions League final with Kielce against Barcelona, Vladislav Kulesh is set for a surprising new chapter in Belgrade.
The Belarusian left back, who scored four goals in that 2022 final and was among Kielce’s standout performers, will join Partizan from this summer as the Serbian club continues to build a roster capable of matching its growing European ambitions.
“Vladislav Kulesh is a new Partizan player. The Belarusian left back, who will remain with Melsungen until the end of the current season, has signed a two-year contract. Kulesh previously played for Hannover and Kielce, while coming through the ranks at SKA Minsk. He enjoyed success and won trophies with the Polish club, and has spent the last four years in the Bundesliga. A player with that kind of experience is undoubtedly one of the major signings for next season, when our ambitions on the European stage will be high,” Partizan said in an official statement.
Kulesh is only the latest big-name addition in what is shaping up to be an ambitious summer for the black-and-whites. Partizan are assembling a powerful squad for the 2026/2027 season, when the team will be led by Spanish coach Raul Gonzalez, who is also in charge of the Serbian national team.
Joav Lumbroso, Ilija Abutović, Tobias Wagner and Miloš Kos are all part of the new project, as Partizan openly target a place among Europe’s elite and hope for a Champions League invitation already next season.
