Enid Tahirovic already spoke of the “immoral offer” from HSV Hamburg regarding the upcoming season. HSV Hamburg was in search of experienced goalkeeper, as Jogi Bitter will miss part of the opening season due to injury. This prompted them to look to acquire Tahirovic, who already announced to finish his career at the end of this past season, but the HSV offer made him change his mind, and he decided to play one more year, and probably then finish his playing career.
