C.O Zagreb had +7 (20:13, 22:15), but that wasn’t enough for a win against THW Kiel 31:31 (15:12). At the end, “Zebras” took the point, but they didn’t deserve that. C.O Zagreb played fantastic handball 35-40 minutes, while most of the THW’s players were totally out. In the last ten minutes, Filip Jicha and Christian Zeitz showed TOP class and saved their team for defeat.
