Interesting news from Balkan. RK Krim Mercator and Slovenian national team head-coach Uros Bregar has decided to leave Slovenian bench a year and a half before Women’s EHF EURO 2022 on home soil.
He accepted an offer from Serbia to replace Ljubomir Obradovic who failed with the team in Olympic qualifications in Gyor.
The 42-years old Slovenian has informed Slovenian Handball Federation about his decision although he has valid contract until the end of 2022.
Bregar was leading Slovenian national team since 2016.
