WHAT A MATCH! HBC Nantes turn off the light in Kiel!

THW Kiel faced one of the most convincing home defeats in history of playing EHF Champions League tonight against HBC Nantes 27:35 (12:15)

This was a lecture of Alberto Entrerrios and his guys who were incomplete (Gurbindo and Minne) in the first away challenge of the season. The “Zebras” had 2:1 as the only lead in 60 minutes. Filip Jicha’s boys came close on 19:21 in 40th minute, but that was the last chance to endanger amazing squad from France.

Valero Rivera netted 10 goals for the winners ahead of Figueras added six. On the other side, Sagosen, Landin and Pekeler scored four each.
