Zeljko Musa to start as a coach in Kriens Luzern
New coach of Swiss vice-champions Kriens Luzern will be Croatian line-player Zeljko Musa. The 36-years old experienced player will finish his career next summer and focus on the opportunity which he is getting in exciting project of Swiss team:
«During the three years of trainer training, I dealt intensively with this function. I am grateful to HC Kriens-Luzern for this opportunity, I am honored by the trust they have shown.” After an impressive career with two medals at finals and winning the EHF European League with SC Magdeburg, the head coach position at the Blauweissen is the first stop in this role for the father of two. «Zeljko fully meets our requirements profile. He is a young coach, knows our organization and the Swiss league and is also an outstanding personality. With his understanding of handball and his ambition, he fits in very well with us. “He also fully supports our club philosophy of promoting and integrating young talent,” said HCKL sports director Nik Tominec, explaining the choice of the new head coach.
