ZPRP VS. Syprzak: Disciplinary penalty on Polish giant


Polish Handball Federation published statement about departure of their key player Kamil Syprzak from the World Championship 2025:
Due to the unauthorized departure of player Kamil Syprzak from the national team during the 2025 World Championship, the Polish Handball Federation (ZPRP) informs that Sports Director Marcin Smolarczyk has approved the disciplinary penalty imposed on the player by coach Marcin Lijewski. ZPRP also announces that any further decisions will be made after a thorough investigation of the matter, once the national team returns from the ongoing tournament. For this reason, no further information on this matter will be provided until then.
On the other side, PSG Handball line-player announced his point of view on current situation on his Twitter.
Kamil Syprzak left the Polish team before the end of the World Championship without the acceptance of the Polish Handball Federation.
