Serbian line-player Uroš Vilovski signed contract with Qatari Al Quiada, currently the third team of Qatari Championship. The 31-years old former member of MVM Veszprem and Balatonfuredi left Romanian HCM Baia Mare after financial collapse of reigning champions.
Vilovski, who played also as loaned player at French HC Montpellier, became “famous” for his act of saving life to Croatian goalkeeper Ivan Pešić, by taking him to hospital in disasterous night when Romanian player Marian Cozma lost his life in front of Veszprem’s night club in February 2009.
