Junior Fasano, Terraquilia Carpi, Romagna, and Bozen. Those are the 4 teams that will compete for the title of Serie A Italian Champion for 2015/16. And those will be the teams facing off in the Play-Offs Semi-finals starting next Saturday, when the first four scheduled matches will be played.
The defending champions of Bozen will face Romagna in an away game, at Pala Cavinaat 19.30. The two teams had already played against eachother in February for the Coppa Italia, in another semi-final, and in that occasion Radovcic and his teammates had won the match, as they had done before, the previous year, during the Play-Offs Semi-Finals. This year we will see a rematch, as the decided by the draw, and it will be interesting to wait for the outcome.
It will be a rematch also for Junior Fasano and Terraquilia Carpi, who have been adversaries already during twoPlay-Offs Semi-Finals, one Coppa Italia Final, and one Supercoppa Final since 2013. The first match will be held in the Conversano’s Pala San Giacomo, where it will start at 19.00. The match will be live streamed on “PallamanoTV” (www.pallamano.tv), the ItalianFederation WebTV.
The semi-finals will be played in two matches, one on home ground and the other away, for each team, while the Scudetto Final will be held during three games on the 21st, 28th, and 31st of May.
