Norwegian destiny in hands of Portugal and France

The World’s vice-champions from Herning 2019, team of Norway easily outplayed Algeria 36:23 (17:11) in the second match of the Main Round at World Championship 2021. 

However, the destiny of the Scandinavian team is in hands of two other TOP teams of the Group – France and Portugal.

The only chance for Norway to reach the quarter-final is that France beat Portugal or they draw. In case of Portuguese victory from 1 to 7 goals, Norway will be out.

France beat Norway 28:24, while Norway beat Portugal 29:28.

France is in cycle on  +4, Portugal on -1, while Norway on -3.
