RK Partizan new-old Serbian champions!
RK Partizan Beograd defended the Serbian championship title after defeating Vojvodina in the second match of the playoff final, sealing a 2:0 win in the final series.
Led by an outstanding Trnavac in goal, the Black and Whites built a three-goal lead by halftime (11:14), before dominating in the second half and winning 22:27.
With four domestic trophies won, this season will be written in golden letters as the most successful in the club’s history. Trnavac, who recorded 15 saves, was named MVP, while Partizan AdmiralBet lifted their fourth trophy of the season: the Super Cup, the All-Serbian Cup, the Prof. Dr Branislav Pokrajac Cup, and finally the ARKUS League title.
The top scorer for the champions was Nikola Crnoglavac with six goals, five of them from penalties. Aljoša Damjanović added five. For Vojvodina, Marko Srdanović was the most efficient with seven goals.
