The Macedonian coach Zvonko Sundovski is very optimistic about his team’s chances at the upcoming European Championship in Serbia. After 14 years Macedonia is at a European Championship, and therefore the qualification is a success as well, he said. Everybody wants to reach the 2nd stage and to show ourselves in good light. It will be one of those championships where anyone can beat anyone, and I think even though it looks on paper that the Czech are the weakest, I think this could be underestimation, and we shouldn’t enter the games like that. My personal opinion is that we can beat anyone, added Sundovski for Dnevnik, a Macedonian daily newspaper.
