Domagoj Duvnjak to finish NT career at World Championship 2025

Domagoj Duvnjak will end his national team journey with the upcoming Men’s World Championship 2025 next January.
Croatia will host another IHF event after 2009, but this time together with Denmark and Norway. That would be the perfect chance and place for 36-years old Duvnjak to say goodbye to his teammates and the fans who support him through the years.
“I have already spoken to Dagur Sigurdsson, if he needs me for the 2025 World Cup, then I will play for Croatia one last time,” said Duvnjak for Kieler Nachrichten.
Duvnjak won eight silver and bronze medals at big events with the national team, while he was also twice a winner of the EHF Champions League with HSV Handball in 2013 and THW Kiel in 2020.
