Interesting as always was speech of Russian headcoach Evgeny Trefilov after third win of his team in London against Brasil:
– I didn’t like the performance of my team. We played with gaps in both our defence and attack but we played with more discipline, so I guess there was at least something positive about it. I’m not sure if it was my team talk after the previous match that helped to improve our game. It is very difficult to understand women in general. According to the result of my team talk it helped. I don’t know who I want to play in the quarterfinals. But I know what I want. I want a medal.”
