Coach of German THW Kiel, Filip Jicha, calls for “shot-clock” in handball. In an interview for Handball Woche, Jicha told that limited time for attack would help handball as a game:
- The line of referees slows down the game. In the Bundesliga we have an average of five fewer attacks than, for example, in the Champions League. That is five fewer opportunities per game to score a goal. That is not conducive to the attractiveness of our sport. I am therefore a supporter of the Shot Clock in the Bundesliga.” – said Jicha.
