Filip Taleski leaves RK Vardar Skopje

According to mkdhandball.mk, Vardar’s left back, Filip Taleski (29), has left the Skopje club and will continue his professional career elsewhere.

Taleski parted ways with the team by mutual agreement, after returning to Vardar following a stint abroad with Lisbon’s Benfica.

He began his career rapidly with Metalurg, where he earned early opportunities and playing time in the EHF Champions League. After the collapse of the “Autokomanda” project, Taleski spent three seasons in Germany, playing for Rhein-Neckar Löwen and Balingen. His return to Vardar was seen as a chance to revitalize his career.

After three years in Skopje, the left back moved to Portugal, where he spent two seasons until this summer. The club Ohrid was also reportedly interested in signing him.

The next destination could be Kuwait.
