William Accambray was the one that brought France to the semifinals by scoring a last second goal in the match against Spain. On the press-conference, he said that now his team’s objective is nothing but the gold medal.
“I feel very good. I have been watching the previous games and today I am finally on the court. I had nothing to lose. Although it was my first game I did exactly what people were expecting of me. The ball did not want to leave me. I will be happy just to go the next step but it will be very tough. Our objective now is to win the gold medal.” – said Accambray.
On behalf of Spain, Viran Morros was among the ones that expressed the disappointment after losing it all in the last second.
