Fuchse win the war for Heinevetter – Silvio in Berlin until 2018!

Maybe they won’t play at the VELUX EHF Champions League in the upcoming season after draw in the first match of knock-out stage, but Fuchse Berlin got some other war against HSV Handball. One of the club’s symbol, Silvio Heinevetter signs new four years contract with the team from Berlin, which will keep him until 2018 at the “Max Schmelling” hall. Team from Berlin has lost financial power after general sponsor decided to left handball, when the question about securing future of the most important players became a real.

HSV Handball was the most interested to sign Heinevetter from 2014, that caused a small media war between two presidents – Steffel and Rudolph, but at the end, Silvio decided to stay in Berlin, where he came in 2009.
