The first two rounds of the Greek elite handball competition predict a long and very interesting season. The reigning champions PAOK suffered defeat against AEK Athens 30:28 in the opening match of the season, but “yellow-black” from Athen didn’t extend the winning run. They have been smashed by the Play-Off finalists from the last season, Diomidis Argous 27:17.
After two rounds of matches, only two teams are on 100% – Former EHF Challenge Cup winners from Argous and Filippos Veria.
