Rudolph and Schwalb were delighted with the success, and so were all the players.

They played a magnificent season, losing only twice, in the first round to Goppingen, and few rounds ago to THW Kiel, but which was rather unimportant game. A great deal of the title goes to the splendid work of the Croatian trio, Vori, Duvnjak and Lackovic. Bitter was also spectacular on the goal, Gille played outstandingly after coming back from injury, while Lijewski and Lindberg were amazing. Now a short break comes, and then the next chance for this great squad is the Champions League Final Four in Koln, where they will have the opportunity to win for the first time this most prestigious title in Europe.
