After four succesful years on the bench of VfL Gummersbach, Sead Hasanefendic will leave team next summer. A new coach will be Jan Gorr (33), who is currently working in Hutenberg, team, who is struglling in relegation battle in the German Elite League.
With many problems, financial worries, Legendary team with Hasanefendic won EHF Cup 2009 and Cup Winners Cup in 2010 and 2011. Team roster was weaker and weaker, till current season, when VfL has a big problem to take a part in the middle of the League table. Obviously, financial issues made a lot of problems in a vision of experienced Hasanefendic, former Serbian and Tunisian NT coach.
