Heinvetter “hits” on teammates

After the two friendly games against Norway, in which Germany played without many standard players, the goalkeeper Silvio Heinevetter criticized his team mates, saying it’s a “shame that there were so many absences, everyone should question themself if they give the maximum for the national team”.

The Fuchse Berlin goalkeeper noted that if the team were complete, it’d give Brandt more chances to try different formations and actions. To note, the games against Norway were missed by Pascal Hens, Sebastien Preuss, Christian Sprenger, Uwe Gensheimer, Holger Glandorf and Michael Krauss, some from personal reasons, some because of injuries.

Germany needs three points from the last two remaining games for the European Championship in Serbia 2012, and the matches are to be played in June, first on 8th against Austria, and then four days later against Latvia.
