Macedonia to break negative record on EHF EURO events?

Poor performance in the two matches of the Women’s EHF EURO 2012 by Macedonian NT brought team close to breaking negative records in the history of ten European championships writes Balkan-Handball.com. In tough group B in Niš, Macedonian girls lost two matches with negative goal difference -24 (France 16:29 and Sweden 15:26). If they repeat this kind of result in match against Denmark tonight, Macedonia could break record from EHF EURO 2010, where Slovenia has -35 from three matches in Preliminary Round.

Second record which might be broken tonight is the number of goals scored at one EHF EURO event. Macedonia scored only 31 goals in two matches. Record holder is Austria with 53 goals rom EHF EURO 2008.
