Mike Jensen to join Telekom Veszprem?

One of the most ambitious project in the world of handball, Telekom Veszprem, will once again have the “blood of world champions” from Denmark in the roster.

According to Handball-Planet.com source, the new member of the team led by coach Momir Ilic in summer 2024 will become Danish goalkeeper Mike Jensen.

The 28-years old Jensen had a solid role in successes of German champions and EHF CL winners SC Magdeburg in previous two seasons before he moved to Portuguese Benfica SL last summer.

Before Magdeburg, Danish goalie played at HBW Balingen.

The 205-cm tall goalkeeper has also played in numerous Danish team like GOG, Nordsjælland Håndbold, etc until 2019 when he moved to Germany.

Jensen should replace Ignacio Biosca in Veszprem’s jersey.
