MISTAKE: Tunisian star Mahmoud Gharbi was arrested in a “murder case “

Tunisian line-player Mahmoud Gharbi had a lot of problems to get back to his team HBC Nantes after week spent with the national team at home. He couldn’t leave the country on Sunday evenning because his name was connected with some murder from 2007. At the end the whole story was just mistake of administration.  , in training with the national team of Tunisia last weekend , almost did not return to France , the lack of an administrative mess .

Gharbi was arrested by Tunisian Police writes 20minutes.fr:

–  I had my bags and I gave my passport. There, they told me ” Sir, you are sentenced to ten years in prison on charges of murder dating back to 2007 ” . They added : ” We know you but we have no choice. It’s in our computer! ”

Tunisian authorities allowed Mahmoud Gharbi to sleep at home on Sunday night before visiting Judge next morning:

– I went to see the judge who told me he was looking for someone who had the same name as me , the same date and place of birth. Same person was suspected of a murder in 2007 and had sought since 2012 . I had to bring them the document of my grandmother to end this story – said Gharbi.
