Poland: Vive Kielce with a win ahead of the Wisla Plock clash

In the last challenge before the Holy War, Kielce won, beating a team from Piotrków Trybunalski 34:29. The meeting was aligned from the beginning, mainly because of guests poor efficacy in the attack. Piotrkowianin used Vive’s players mistakes, so result oscillated around the draw until the fortieth minute. The brightest spot in the hosts team was Witalij Titov, who scored six goals, with absolute efficiency. Also thanks to him, after the first thirty minutes, hosts lost only one goal to Polish champions (18:19). The good news for fans from Kielce was return of Denis Buntić, who entered the field in the second half. Vive played good last ten minutes, but it is worth noting, that in the whole match they had less than 65 percent effective in attack. It was clearly seen that they treated match more like a training before an important Saturday’s encounter with Wisla Plock.
