Qatar without Zarko Markovic at WCh 2019

The Qatari national team coach announced 18 players on which he will count for upcoming Men’s IHF World Championship 2019 in Germany and Denmark. Among them won’t be one of the biggest stars in the glorious success of Qatari handball, winning world’s silver at WCh 2015 in Doha, right back Zarko Markovic.

The biggest stars of the team in Copenhagen will be goalkeeper Danijel Saric and left back Rafael Capote.

Qatar will play in group with Sweden, Argentina, Egypt, Angola and Hungary.

They beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 33:16 in 30:22 in the last two friendly matches.
