The worst week since the begining of the season is behind RK Vardar Skopje. Two defeats in two days in Kolding (EHF Champions League) and Zagreb (SEHA GAZPROM league) together with serious injury of Alexander Dereven and Stojanče Stoilov (arm – absence at least two next weeks) ruined the perfect start of the season 2015/2016.
However, the most interesting battles are coming. The first at home againt Polish Vive Tauron Kielce, team who beat Macedonians in the battle for the VELUX EHF FINAL 4 2015:
-We are still in good situation, with 8 points at the TOP of the standings: This will be a really important match for us, where we need a strong support from our fans. We play against great team with great coach. Our defense has to be good to allow counter-attacks, and we weren’t good enough in the last matches. We have to be agressive because they have the best worlds line-player Julen Aguinagalde. Our rosters is problematic with all the injuries, Milic didn’t practice tonight, Toskic’s recovering from head-injury, Dereven, Stoilov – concluded RK Vardar coach Raul Gonzales.
