Kristjan Andresson is no longer Rhein Neckar Lowen coach. The management of the successful German team has decided to sack Icelandic coach who overtook the job from Nikolaj Jakobsen last summer.
Andresson had a valid contract until summer 2022.
Icelander made a good result with Swedish national team at Men’s EHF EURO 2018, when they won silver medal, but after it, his career obviosly went in wrong direction.
Rhein Neckar Lowen are currently at position 6 at Bundesliga, without chances to endanger teams who are fighting for the title.
Oliver Roggisch and Michel Abt will lead team in away EHF Cup match against Spanish Quenca.
