Ribera’s Spaniards ready for World Handball Championship 2025

Jordi Ribera has choosen Spanish squad for the upcoming Men’s IHF World Handball Championship 2025. Player who stayed “under the line” is BM Granollers playmaker Ferran Castillo.

The Spanish coach will try to defend bronze from WCh 2023 with these group of players:

  • Central | Ian Tarrafeta (Pays d’Aix UC), Petar Cikusa (Barça)

  • Lateral Izquierdo | Jan Gurri (Sporting CP), Agustín Casado (Veszprém HC), Daniel Dujshebaev (Industria Kielce)
  • Extremo Derecho | Kauldi Odriozola (HBC Nantes), Ferran Solé (Paris Saint-Germain)
  • Extremo Izquierdo | Miguel Sánchez-Migallón (SL Benfica), Daniel Fernández (TVB Stuttgart), Ian Barrufet (MT Melsungen)
