TBV Lemgo Lippe Secures Key Players: Hutecek and Versteijnen Extend Until 2028

Lemgo, September 2025 – TBV Lemgo Lippe has announced two major contract extensions. Austrian playmaker Lukas Hutecek and Dutch backcourt shooter Niels Versteijnen have both signed new deals keeping them at the club until June 2028.
Both players have become central figures in Lemgo’s development. Hutecek, who joined in 2021, has grown into a true leader and fan favorite. Versteijnen, arriving in 2022, quickly established himself as the team’s most prolific field scorer.
Head coach Florian Kehrmann praised Hutecek’s leadership qualities and Versteijnen’s offensive strength, while managing director Jörg Zereike emphasized the importance of securing the club’s core players for the future.
With these extensions, following the long-term deals of captain Tim Suton (2030), Hendrik Wagner (2029), and Constantin Möstl (2028), TBV Lemgo Lippe continues to build a strong foundation for the coming years.
