After 14 years coaching of the German national team, the “Man-History” as the DHB-President Strombach called him, Heiner Brandt, decided to leave the German coaching post. The man who won European and World Gold Medal (2004-2007), and also Olympic silver (2004), had incredible underachievements with the national team after the World Cup 2007, which the “Panzers” won at home.
