Tomas Ryde is sacked – Romania looking for a man who will bring Tokyo Olympics

The 12th place at Women’s World Championship 2019 in Japan, but moreover bad performance in the Main Round, where they were smashed by all the rivals including Japan (17 goals defeat) forced Romanian Handball Federation to think about position of Tomas Ryde as the head-coach of the national team.

Some new face will try to give fresh approach to the team for the Olympic qualification tournament in March, when Romania will play in Montenegro against home team, Norway and North Korea.

Two teams will qualify for the Tokyo Olympics.
