Polish champion Vive Targi Kielce will meet Hungarian vice-champion PICK Szeged in the VELUX EHF Champions League TOP 16 phase. As group winner team of Bogdan Wenta had a chance to “pick” team from the weakest “pot 4”, but still that won’t be easy job for the Polish champion:
– There was a draw of 16 best European teams, so there isn’t easy rival in this phase. As group winner, we are favorites in clashes with PICK Szeged – good team, who is especially dangerous in front of noisy domestic fans.I know that they have two good Hungarian goalkeepers, but also some Balkan players. Larholm playing in Szeged since the last summer and also there is Frantisek Sulc. PICK is good team who can play good defense – said Slovenian playmaker Uros Zorman.
