VELUX EHF CL: HSV wins Group A – Montpellier is OUT!

After thriller match against French Montpellier 35:33, German HSV Handball has won the first place at VELUX EHF Champions League Group A! French champion showed good performance, but at the end stayed out of further competition in the handball elite. Johannes Bitter was fantastic again with 20 saves, while leading role had the EHF CL’s top scorer, Hans Lindberg with 8 goals.

Ademar Leon beat Partizan Beograd 28:23 and won the fourth place which lead to the TOP 16.
