One of the best coaches of the last decade, Ljubomir Vranjes, extended his contract with German TOP team SG Flensburg until 2020. The former Swedish playmaker began his coaching career in 2010 with the team from Danish-German border, four years since he joined the team as a player. With him on the bench, the dream of all Flensburg’ fans came true in 2014, when Andersson, Mogessen and Co. brought the trophy of the VELUX EHF Champions League home!
Vranjes had only one mission during his period in Flensburg. He led Serbian national team during only one EHF week, when the “Eagles” qualified for the Men’s EHF EURO 2014.
