WHAT A DEAL! Wolff to Kiel, Bellahcene goes to Kielce!
One of the most interesting days in year so far is ahead of us. Story about Andreas Wolff has got conclusion finally with his signing to THW Kiel. Firstly, it was gossip about SC Magdeburg in the moment of suspension of Nikola Portner, but also MT Melsungen showed some interest for the biggest name in German handball in the recent years. However, Polish Kielce and THW Kiel agreed on 600.000 EUR transfer fee (according to Handball-Planet.com sources) for the goalkeeper who came to Poland in 2019 from “Zebras”.
In the next season Wolff will be in pair with Czech goalkeeper Mrkva, but the strongest line-up will be definitely with Gonzalo Perez de Vargas who is coming to Kiel in summer 2025 from Barcelona.
Wolff has signed deal which will keep him at “Wunderino Arena” umtil 2028.
In opposite direction goes Samir Bellahcene. The 29 years-old French national team goalie came to Kiel as replacement for injured Vincent Gerrard in the middle of the first half season 2023/2024. Bellahcene got contract extension with the “Zebras”, but he was free to chance club and the country in this situation with Wolff.
