At the end of story about Darko Stanic (34), Serbian goalkeeper will stay in HC Metalurg Skopje for the next three years, what means that the best EHF EURO 2012 goalkeeper is ready to finish his career in Macedonian capital. Frisch Auf Goppingen’s coach, Velimir Petkovic decided to respect Stanic’s wish to stay in Skopje, even they have signed contract from the next season, but as substitute he pick up Zarko Markovic (26), very good right back, nominated for “TOP 10 Best Buys” from Handball-Planet.com.
Markovic had one more year of contract with Metalurg, but Germans will get him for free. He will stay in EHF CUP Winner next two seasons.
