The fifth edition of the SEHA GAZPROM League began in Belarus last weekend, where domestic champion HC Meshkov Brest had easy job against the newcomers in the league, Serbian runners-up RK Spartak Vojput 40:28. The second match of the season was much more interesting. Macedonian vice-champions RK Maks Strumica played 25:25 with the Serbian best team – RK Vojvodina Novi Sad, with two last goals scored in the last five seconds of the clash.
Tuesday is the moment of the first big derby of the season in which Veszprem will meet Meshkov Brest in Veszprem Arena. That would be the replay of the last season SEHA GAZPROM F4 at the same place.
