Norway beat Croatia – Germany overplay Spain!

Two very interesting matches have been played this afternoon in the Round 3 of the Men’s EHF EURO 2016 qualifications! Norway made a huge surprise by beating Croatia 27:26 (17:13) in Stavanger. Norwegian team had full control over the result, maximal +5 at the begining of the second half (18:13), but Croatian team on the debut of the new head-coach Zeljko Babic managed to get back in the finish.

The Netherlands won away match against Turkey 30:23 in the second match of the group.

Germany remained TOP level with Dagur Sigurdsson on the bench by winning derby of the night over Spain 29:28 (17:15). The German team celebrated in Mannheim with Uwe Gensheimer (8 goals) in the main role, while Rivera Junior netted 10 for the Spaniards.

Austria won in Finland 26:23.
