Without Polish teams in “S” League

How things going on, it is obvious that project of “S” League with teams from Balkan region will stay without two most quality Polish teams – Vive Targi Kielce and Wisla Plock. It was planned that Polish teams get “green light” from their National Federation for a competing with the best teams from Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Bosna and Herzegovina, Slovakia and Montenegro. With no “green light” and also, without a wish of general sponsor, Sparkasse Bank for a Polish market, where they don’t exist, promising plan with ambitious Polish teams are now end.

Slovak Tatran Presov already accepted to participate in this League, which start is in August 2011.

Still is open question, whether the League will have 12 or 14 teams.
