THE END OF AN ERA: Talant Dujsheave leaves Kielce
Klub Iskra Kielce S.A. and coach Talant Dujshebaev have announced the end of their cooperation.
The coach, who for many years helped write the club’s history and led the team to its greatest successes on the domestic and international stage, submitted his resignation after the recent matches. Dujshebaev made the decision believing that the team needs a new impulse in order to compete effectively in the most important phase of the season.
After long and thorough discussions, the club and the coach agreed to part ways. The decision was made with full understanding of the coach’s motives and with both sides feeling a sense of responsibility for the further development of the team.
The period of cooperation with Talant Dujshebaev was full of sporting emotions, great victories and moments that will remain forever in the memory of the fans and in the history of the club. His contribution to the development of the team and to building its position in European handball remains invaluable.
A detailed summary and proper thanks will come at the right moment — hopefully on the best possible occasion, in front of a full hall during a match of the highest importance, which still lies ahead.
Until the end of the current season, Krzysztof Lijewski will take over as the team’s head coach and will lead the side in the upcoming matches.
The club thanked Dujshebaev for his work, dedication and all the moments shared together, and wished him success in the next stage of his professional career.
